Ali je treba voditi evidenco službenih km tudi pri max boniteti? Če, zakaj?

Menim, da je potrebno voditi evidenco zaradi  prilog k potnim nalogom ( parkirnine, tunelnine, reprezentančni računi , itd. ).

Se opravičujem. Prej sem pozabila napisati še naslednje:

Če zaposleni prevozi v privatne namene manj kot 500 km, se nabavna vrednost vozila zmanjša za 50%. Če delodajalec zagotovi gorivo tudi za privatne namene, se davčna osnova za boniteto zviša za 25%.

Za službeno vozilo mora biti vzpostavljena evidenca prevoženih kilometrov. V evidenco vključite tudi druge podatke, ki kažejo na to, da je bilo vozilo dejansko uporabljen za opravljanje storitev (datum uporabe, relacija od..do..; število prevoženih kilometrov, namen uporabe: obisk poslovnega partnerja XY, predaja dokumentacije DURS, Ajpes itd.).
