Lahko, ker imate OS v pridobivanju. Smo imeli lani tak primer, kjer je pa stroj dejansko že bil pri nas, vendar še ni bil registriran in usposobljen za uporabo.

Kje pa se bo nahajal stroj 31.12.2025? že pri vas ali nekje na poti med Kitajsko in vami? Po mojem mnenju morate gledati tudi kakšno pariteto imate na računu, oziroma kdaj preide treutek lastništva od dobavitelja na vas in po tem se morate ravnati v katero leto bo šlo.
